Although everyone started with “NO work experience”, someone at some point hired us and retired the “NO”. I have seen countless people with less/no experience than the role demands that I’ve not only successfully hired but have excelled in positions in this field above what I have achieved. Some of the best XD people were born for this, but don’t know it in themselves. This has given me a good ability to suss out good ones early and invest.
