Design Thinking

Joe is an expert in applying the Design Thinking Framework, but that doesn’t mean he is dogmatic about how to use it to drive outcomes. He has taken a broad range of experiences from Post-It notes to Pixels over the last 20+ years, and isn’t done delivering business value.

He has trained the trainers and facilitated workshops ranging from thirteen to three hundred. He acknowledges that progress is not an outcome but values progress over process. Design Thinking isn’t a workshop, but rather a school of thought. Joe enjoys applying it with ease, focus, and attention to detail.
