Joe has been delivering online since ‘99, but studied Industrial Design. Alliteration aside, he has conducted research and delivered experiences in various spaces. From products as small as Bluetooth headsets, as complex as bariatric diagnostic devices, and as large as office cubicles, he has done a lot in the physical space.

Luke Wroblewski taught him about UX in 1997, and he learned to draw from Mark Baskinger. Joe’s work ethic and intellectual curiosity have resulted in him learning a lot from competent (often patient) people on the job. He takes a unique approach to concept generation and quickly falls in love with some strange problem spaces.
