The Weather Company

IBM acquired The Weather Company and soon thereafter there was pressure on the R&D organization to leverage the SME and data of both parties. Joe was asked to support outbound efforts to increase the utilization of The Weather Company Data.

A small-footprint team of designers worked with Developers and Product management to drive Synergy—no one’s favorite buzzword. A series of workshops were facilitated, and the outcomes included a series of high-fidelity prototypes, which drove both conversation and conversion.
